What to include in your issue

• The tool name you were using (e.g. pdf_to_xlsx, statement_extract)
• The file type you were converting (e.g. bank statement PDF, CSV)
• The error text you received, copied exactly

Never send sensitive documents. Do not attach bank statements, invoices, or other personal files to a public issue — describe the problem in words instead.
